Hi-Rez is another artist I stumbled upon this year, and his song "Smiling" has the best sample from any song this year. He definitely makes it his own while sampling "Midnight City" by M83. This 18 year old hip hop artist from Ft. Lauderdale will be blowing up very soon. Check out his mixtape A Walk To Remember and be sure to look out for this dude in the future.
