E-Hos & Patrick Donovan "EP" Review

Batman and Robin. Starsky and Hutch. Kobe and Shaq. E-Hos and Patrick Donovan are another duo that needs to be added to the dynamic duo list. "EP" is truly a masterpiece with a song for everyone. I have to say this EP is nothing short of spectacular, and it lived up to the hype I had for it. It's one of those albums/EPs where you can push play on track one and let it play all the way through.

The two previously released songs "Let it Go" and "For Tonight" are the songs that will stand out to most listeners. However, "Captivated" has something special that I cannot put my finger on. The lyrics in the beginning from Donovan give me the chills because his voice flows with the piano perfectly. Then E-Hos comes in and drops the hammer with his verses. These two are lethal with every song they collaborate on, and there isn't a bad song on the EP. I am proud to say I have followed these guys from the start and expect big things from them in the future!

E-Hos "Things She Will Never Know"

Another dope track by E-Hos that he released today. The first time I heard it the instrumental caught my attention, and now the lyrics are impressing me more and more with each listen. One of the better songs I've heard that tells a story from beginning to end, deep stuff. His EP with Patrick Donovan is coming out this week so look out for some musical goodness. #AnyGivenSunday

Sizzlin Duo Of 2011 = E-Hos & Patrick Donovan

This is the easiest one I have chosen yet. Patrick Donovan and E-Hos have a limited amount of music out, but damn do they know how to make music. Honestly, two of my favorite songs I've heard this year are "For Tonight" and "Let It Go". Both songs have meaningful lyrics laid over a solid instrumental. The guys from St. Joe's are still relatively unknown, but I'm here to spread the word. Check out their two killer songs below. #MickeyDsCup

E-Hos & Patrick Donovan "Let It Go"

These guys are awesome! Show me another duo that mixes a hip-hop artist with solid lyrics and a great acoustic guitar player that happens to have a great voice as well. This is the second song I've stumbled upon after hearing "For Tonight" (which I still can't stop listening to). Take a listen, and be refreshed by good music. E-Hos delivers lyrics that I can once again relate to and feel, that's why music is so unique. I don't even know the guy, and he raps about how I feel. Cool.

E-Hos & Patrick Donovan "For Tonight"

Another song I could listen to 24/7. Couple of dudes from the east coast that really make this song special. Patrick Donovan is the guitarist, and E-Hos spits a couple hot verses over the acoustic guitar. I'm looking forward to seeing more from these two...Loving the Mickey D's cup E-Hos is chillin with, something about it makes the video better.
